We our an independent privately owned online ticket company, specialising in selling tickets for sporting and music events worldwide, which are sold-out or hard to get! We have been selling tickets online for 10 years and are a trusted official member of ASTA (Association of secondary Ticket Agents) giving you peace of mind that the tickets you buy are 100% guaranteed, authentic and delivered to you in time for the event. We offer customers an option to purchase tickets at a price rather than accept the event is sold out!
When will I get my tickets?
Unfortunately the current trend with promoters is to release tickets as late as possible, usually one or two weeks before an event. Once tickets are in stock we will promptly deliver them to the address given at the time of the order. We generally deliver tickets no later than 5 days before an event.
How can I be sure I'll receive my tickets?

Can I cancel for any reason after I have placed an order?
No all sales are final. We cannot cancel or refund your order once you have paid for it. Please note that the right to cancel or "cooling off period" provided by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to the sale of event tickets.
The date of my event has now rescheduled, can I get a refund?
No all sales are final. In the event of a postponement, or any other reschedule of the original date, we will either transfer your order to the new date or you should retain your tickets, which will be valid new date. We are not responsible for event date and time changes or stage configurations. We will not be liable for costs of travel fares, hotels, or any other expenses that may be incurred if a event is rescheduled. Please refer to your local media for pertinent information.
The event has been cancelled, can I get a refund?
Yes, please email email@example.com quoting your order number. Please note the 'processing Fee' within the order is not refundable.
When will my credit card get charged?
All our ticket transactions/orders are made in real time via 'Sage Pay'. Your credit card or debit card is charged when you select 'Complete this order'.
I am worried about using my credit/debt card details online.... will it be safe?
Your order is placed on a Secure Server and transmitted to us using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. All your card details are encrypted and cannot be seen by anyone else including threechings..... During my booking I lost internet connection and I am not sure if my ticket order was completed?
Call customer support 0870 600 2526 or send a email to firstname.lastname@example.org and finally check with your bank or credit card company.
Why do we charge over face value?
We pay above the face value ourselves to obtain tickets. When tickets are no longer available through official outlets, if the demand is there then a secondary market is created based on supply and demand. At this level ticket trading is very similar to trading in stock shares, oil and other commodities and prices fluctuate in a similar fashion. In most cases brokers pay significantly more than the original cost to obtain tickets for an in-demand event and the difficulty we have in acquiring in-demand tickets is reflected in the price you pay.
I have purchased seats; will my tickets be seated all together?
Yes if you purchase up to 4, orders of 5 or more may on occasions be fulfilled in multiple sets but no singles. i.e. 5 tickets (3 together and 2 together), 6 Tickets (4 together and 2 together or 3 together and 3 together).... To be sure please call 0870 600 2526 before you order.
I got my tickets, but they have someone else's name on them. Did you send me the wrong tickets?
No, don't worry, we didn't send you the wrong tickets. We buy our tickets from many sources, and the name printed on the ticket is that of the original purchaser. This may be a person, a company, or a promoter/Agency. The name printed is for reference only and is not expected to reflect that of the ticket holder - you won't have any problems getting into the event. We don't print our own tickets so we are unable to print your name on to them.
What happens if later I don't want my tickets?
All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
I bought tickets from you last week and now you are charging less for them! Why is this?Should I trust spending my money on this web site?
Our ticket prices fluctuate with supply and demand, and if the market is flooded with tickets for a particular event then the price will naturally drop. The ticket market is very similar to the stock market, and like the stock market, when prices go down, you cannot sell your stock back to the broker at the price you originally paid for it. However in most cases the prices for tickets will rise rather than fall.
I have receieved my tickets but they are not the ones I ordered: Please contact us immediately if you feel you have been supplied the in-correct tickets.
Is threechings.com associated with any other venue, box office or agency?
We our an independent ticket broker and is not associated with any other ticketing agency, box office, venue or promoter. We do not have agreements with and are not authorised by any promoter, artist or venue. Any and all copyrights, trademarks and trade names used by us are for descriptive purposes only.
Why should I buy tickets from threechings?
We offer an option to purchase tickets at a price rather than accept the event is sold out or hard to get!

What determines the price of the ticket?
Ticket prices are primarily determined by the supply and demand of the market.
What currency will I be charged in?
We offer a currency conversion tool that helps you estimate what our prices are in your local currency. Select a currency to convert our prices according to an approximate currency value, based upon an average of today's market rate. This currency conversion tool provides an estimate for your convenience only. All of your credit/debit card transactions will be charged in United Kingdom pounds sterling. The final currency conversions that appear on your bank/credit card statements are the sole responsibility of your bank or credit card issuer.
